Once again after looking at the weekend lineup of local Valley shows Morongo's Casinos, Vibe Club, was the winner. Pete Byrne brought his latest version of "Naked Eyes" to the Vibe Club and once again, for another weekend the Vibe was alive with a classic 80's band. With Naked Eyes, list of hits including such classics as 'When the Lights Go Out ', 'Always Something Their to Remind Me' 'Promises Promises' and What in the Name of Love, its apparent that they are not just a one hit wonder band from the 80's. Rather they are a part of that eras fabric.
I am really getting to like the Vibe Club at Morongo Casino and for that matter Morongo Casino itself. With excellent sound and brilliant lighting its always a pleasure to attend a show at the Vibe.

Sweet’s Saturday Night two show performance at Morongo Casino was stunning. The Vibe Club was really a blast from the past for me. Being the youngest of five, I was into music at a young age. I remember a new Music Plus record store opening up and one of my first purchases on this Grand Opening Day was Sweets’ 1975 album, Desolation Boulevard. As with most vinyl records from my early youth, I played it till it was scratched in a many places. Blasting around my room with my friends playing air guitar to “Ball Room Blitz,” “Fox on the Run” is still a joyful memory. Even today when I hear “Ballroom Room Blitz,” which made it to number 5 in the USA, or their other classic hit “Fox on the Run” I get hyped up and want to rock out.
