 Desert Cities Guides Welcomes, Phillip Moore and his golf column “Moore on Golf”
Phillip Moore is a professional clubmaker, designer and golf coach. Mr. Moore is Certified Member of the Professional Clubmakers’ Society, an Advanced Member of the Golf Clubmakers Association, and a Certified Advanced Rifle Shaft Technician. He has also completed advanced training in club fitting and training programs with Titleist, Mizuno Golf, Adams Golf, Golfworks, Golfsmith, and Swing Science.
Mr. Moore has studied golf and has been an avid player for over
forty years. For the past nine years, he has operated a custom golf
club business at Jurupa Hills Country Club in Riverside, California and
will soon be opening a second location in Cathedral City, California.
He is a resident of the Coachella Valley and author of the book, The
Mad Science of Golf.
Mr. Moore is a golf expert, who knows and understands not only the
basics of golf, but the details of how to really play the game of golf
and be the golfer you always wanted to be. He says that his personal
goal is to lower the average score of every golfer he works with.
Starting this September 2008, Mr. Moore will write a golf column,
“Moore On Golf” which will be published as part of our Desert Cities
Sports in our secrtion on Golf. Mr. Moore will be covering the
Professional Golf news from the U.S.G.A. and R&A as wells as PGA
and WPGA tournaments here in the Coachella Valley for Desert Cites
Guides.
